About

– About Arcova

There are ways of selling windows that don’t represent us.

Arcova was born from an uncomfortable observation: in Spain and Andorra there is very high quality product and, at the same time, a way of selling it that doesn’t do it justice. This page explains how we try to do things differently.

The starting point

What we see every week on site

Sales reps who can’t explain how many chambers the profile they’re selling has. Quotes with round numbers hiding five miscalculated line items. Timelines that shift without warning. After-sales that get pushed back until the client gets tired of calling. And, particularly with foreign clients, an even worse pattern: deliberate vagueness, rough translations, and the assumption that “they won’t notice”.

This isn’t a critique of the whole industry. There are excellent professionals in Spain and Andorra. But the average client can’t tell them apart from the rest, and that’s why many projects end badly without anyone being able to explain exactly where things went wrong.

Four decisions we take seriously

The Arcova response

01 · Specialisation

Before catalogue.

We work with two European manufacturers and learn their systems inside out. It’s easier to say “no” to a system when you know the five you do recommend than when you juggle thirty.

02 · A single point of contact

From start to finish.

Whoever signs the quote is the one who coordinates the installation and handles after-sales. No departments passing the client between them. It’s more expensive to operate and much faster for the client.

03 · Documentation

Clear, in your language.

Quotes with technical datasheet, thermal-acoustic calculation and real line-item breakdown. In four languages: ES, EN, IT, PL. No mechanical translations: direct technical writing.

04 · Verifiable timelines

Auditable against the factory.

If the factory has a four-week queue, we don’t tell you two. If the factory will produce on Monday, we don’t tell you Friday. Planning is the first form of respect for the client.

How we work · operating model

Two service models, depending on who coordinates the works.

Model 1 · Technical supply

For construction firms with their own installer.

System selection, sizing, on-site measurements, factory management (PVC or aluminium), quality control and site delivery. Installation stays in the client’s team’s hands, with our technical support during execution.

Model 2 · Supply + installation

For developers and architects.

Same technical scope as the previous model, plus direct coordination with a subcontracted installation team under the Arcova brand. Recommended for developers without an in-house installer and for projects that require continuous technical supervision.

We work with two manufacturers, not fifteen. The reason is operational: we only recommend products we know at the level of technical detail and after-sales our model demands. Any system outside this catalogue is evaluated case by case if the project justifies it. We don’t mix manufacturers to cut costs: we mix only if the works require it.

Leadership and track record

Led by proven Drutex commercial experience.

Arcova was founded in 2025 by Pablo Trochez, former Drutex Country Sales Manager for Spain, Portugal and Andorra. The project portfolio coordinated during his time leading the market closed at close to €3M in its second year, which forms the technical and commercial foundation on which the brand operates.

“In this industry, many sell windows. Few know them. My job is to make sure that the person you speak to is the one who understands what’s happening on your site.”
